A few quick ratios...
High Pressure
- Rice: 1 Cup rice per 1 Cup Water 8 minutes (white/basmati/jasmine, longer for others)
- Beans: 1 pound beans to 8 cups water 40 minutes
- Chicken: 9-10-ish minutes. Do it with rice and veggies, maybe a sauce, works great.
Low Pressure
- Eggs: use steamer: soft boiled 3-4 minutes, medium: 5-7 hard: 8-9
