Hi guys. I've finally ironed out the details to this recipe. It freakin rocks! Try it! :)

Joe's Breakfast bar recipe

    2 cups oats
    1c flour
    1c dried blueberries or cranberries
    1c semisweet chocolate chips (or dark)
    1/2c almond peices
    1/4c milled flaxseed
    1 tbs cinnamon
    Dash o salt
    1/3c brown suggar
    1/4c honey
    1/2c veg or olive or flax oil
    1c orange juice

Add and mix. Let stand and soak in till its all one gooey ball. Spread into greased 9x9 pan.

Bake at 375 for 30min.

Cut while hot. Let stand. Refrigerate and you have breakfast all week!
